I dropped my iPhone in a pool?

Okayy so I just got a iPhone 4 like 2 weeks ago and it fell out my pocket into a nasty pool that was closed it fell in a shallow end and it sank but I jumped in to save it my bear paws got soaked… So my iPhones camera doesn't work I just see these little bubble and the noise doesn't work everything else is fine tho. Does any1 kno if these things will b fixed or if I need a new phone? Also does anyone know how to get boots 2 become dry faster? Thank you for reading and I hope someone can answer these questions and btw I already put it in a bag of rice 4 like 3 hours but its still not working

You might want to using a vacuum cleaner on the camera hole, and the speaker hole.
if it doesn't work, you prob need to get the phone replaced

Thanks for answering on my post. I feel your pain. My phone fell and didn't even make it to the bottom. It was on the shallow part. Lasted no more than 30 secs. I've seen other forums that suggest not turning it on if it shuts off, not plugging it in to charge and to let it sit in rice for 24-72 hours. Frankly, I don't know if I can wait that long. Took it to repair shops but was told it would cost at least $230 because of the replacement part. Yikes! But I guess it's better than buying a new one. Won't try taking to the Apple store since the water sensor turned pink. This apparently enables Apple to determine water damage. Hope yours works.
