I dropped my iPhone in water and I can't hear anything?

So, I was taking a bath and it slipped out of my hand and fell in the water, but only for, like 3 seconds at the most. I got it all dried off, its currently sitting in rice and I blow dried it. Everything is working normally and I can do everything, but I when I call someone, they can hear me talking but I can't hear them. I also can't hear any music. What do I do? That is the only thing that is wrong with it. Do I just let it sit in the ricee overnight and hope that it works tomorrow? And should I keep it turned of completely? Please answer! (If there's any spelling errors, sorry I was kinda shaking still.)

Added (1). Also, do you think I will be able to charge it tonight? I have school tomorrow and since it still does work, (except for the sound part), I will need it for school, so will I be able to charge it?

If you have a warranty go into the Apple Store and tell them about the technical difficulties. They will surely give you a brand new iPhone, because its happened to me. However if you don't have a warranty, you must repair it although it maybe expensive.

Let that be a lesson to you.

Don't take your phone in the bath with you again.

If you Try leaving it in rice overnight and it should solve the problem.
