I feel harrased by the cops what can i do?

Everything started when i was pulled over because my maintance light was out n i totally understand that this was my mistake the officer gave me a $54 ticket n i fixed my light that same day the next week i'm driving from another town and as soon as i enter my town a cop pulls out of his hiding spot cuts off another car and starts following me but i was doing anything illegal and i was driving under the speed limit and he follow me for about 2 miles or like 7 min worth of driving i'm not sure but then the next day in coming from 7 eleven and another cop starts following me and after like 3 blocks he went a different way then today i'm going up my street i pass a cop he does a U turn and stops me at my driveway cuz i had just pulled in and then he gives me a ticket for not wearing my seatbelt + he says there's a lot of smoke coming out of my exhaust when there isn't and i recorded a video on my iphone 5 of my exhaust as soon as the cop left but thats not it he search me n my car for no rea

Change your attitude. Instead, come to believe they're concerned about your welfare.

Contact his supervisor because that is harassment. Police are not allowed to search your car for no reason.

File a formal complaint.

He had reason to search your car. You weren't wearing a seat belt. That's all the reason he needed. You are paranoid. Not every car or every police car behind you is "following" you. If you continue to be paranoid, perhaps you should go to your doctor and tell him that you are paranoid and that you might even be schizophrenic. Let him examine you or send you to a psychiatrist who might be able to help you.

Sounds like a bunch of bored cops to me. Not every cop on your *** is following you. Some are trying to get to calls close by to them. Some might have an APV or a BOLO out for a car similar to yours. Some cops get bored and just look for reasons to pull someone over. Legitimate reasons, might I add. And yes, all a cop needs is probably cause/suspicion to search your vehicle and half the time you wouldn't notice just how little cause or suspicion he/she actually needs. Just act with respect regardless of the situation and you will be respected accordingly.
