If you can take off the back of the phone and remove the battery then do so. Also remove any protective cases. Then bury the phone in a container of uncooked rice, which will act as a desiccant and draw out the moisture. It may or may not work, but there's good chance your phone will be fine once it is dry.
Dunk it again --- in ice water, if possible --- and then go get a new phone.

When I press the "on" button at the top, the apple logo does come on however when you look down at it you can see white and pink/bluish marks and just turns itself off again. It keeps repeating.
