I have a iPhone 4 and my sound on my videos aren't working?

Ok say if I just recorded a video and I try to watch it I can't hear anything when I'm sure I was saying something and I recently I updated my iPhone to iOS 6

Turn the volume on.

You should turn off the phone and then before you turn it back on wate 5 min then turn it back on

Usually its not the software. Try taking a Q tip and move it in and out of the headphone jack multiple times. It should work then.

For months, my Snapchat records a very muffled (almost like its underwater) sound, but you can't reallt hear it. I can't explain it, but the sound is inaudible and muffled. The weird thing is, the problem is only and exclusively on Snapchat. If I record a phone video, the sound is clear as day. I have an iphone. Any thoughts?
