What do i do if the sound for my videos on my iphone is not working?
Whenever i make videos, there's no sound present. But when i record voicenotes, or listen to music the sound works, it just doesn't work for recording videos anymore. What is wrong?
It seems like the mic for the camera is broken and needs to be replaced, it usually happens from liquid damage.
Iphone 4/4s the mic is located at the top of the iphone it is a very tiny hole by the headphone jack.

- YouTube sound not working when iphone is on silent? I've had my iPhone 4 for over a year now, and I've never had this problem. It started today, if I try to watch a YouTube video without headphones and the phone is on silent, there's no audio. But if I turn the ringer on there's audio. Obviously I've looked at the volume levels, and they're up. Like i said its only started today and it's very frustrating!

- Snapchat won't record sound, but my phone gets sound on videos? Okay, summoning all the tech detectives here. For months, my Snapchat records a very muffled (almost like its underwater) sound, but you can't reallt hear it. I can't explain it, but the sound is inaudible and muffled. The weird thing is, the problem is only and exclusively on Snapchat. If I record a phone video, the sound is clear as day. I have an iphone. Any thoughts?
