I keep getting harassed by an unknown number

I have an iPhone, it calls every single day around the same time 3:00-3:30. I answered once but never spoke, all I hear is "hello? "And silence then I hang up the phone. Other than that I have been declining the call. What do I do!

Umm the point of a telephone call is to actually have a conversation… Maybe this person IS trying to get ahold of you but doesn't know its the right number (or it could be wrong) but the way to answer a phone is to usually say hello FIRST as the receiver… Not the other way around… Of course if someone hears silence they are going to hang up due to the lack of communication or possible disconnection whether it be you OR the other person… Next time they call ANSWER it and SPEAK… This doesn't sound like harassment to me…

1. You didn't say anything, so how do you know you DON't know this person?
2. You give us no indication that you have asked this person to stop calling you

Just block the call or try dialing *69 and see if it goes through. It might give you a number and then go from there.

Be aware that call blocking is controlled at the provider level. You can simply call your telephone service provider and have them block the number so that all their future calls are filtered from coming through.

I suggest you report the pranksters to http://www.callercenter.com too for phone call harassment. With his phone number posted on the website, let's see how he'd feel if somebody else starts calling him, too.
