I paid for 16GB but only got 6GB of space on my iPhone?
I paid for 16GB of space but upon some closer inspection I realized my phone only has 6GB of space. I believe my warranty has already expired, and I haven't been able to find a solution to this issue. Is there anything I can do about this?
My device is an iPhone 4 if that helps!
Oh wow, never heard of this before. I would definitely call the customer service number of your carrier. Just ask a couple of questions and see what they say.
- Will a 16GB iPhone 5 have 16GB of space? I want to get an iPhone 5 and the 16GB will suffice, however I'm concerned about the actual space. I have a 32GB iPod Touch but according to iTunes the maximum space available is 28.5GB. Could I expect this sort of thing to happen on the iPhone?
- Why have I paid for 8gb but only got 6? I've recently bought an iPhone 4 with 8gb but when I synced it on iTunes it says I only actually have 6gb. This is with "other" which I know how to reduce. Also on my iPhone itself on settings it says I only have 6gb. This memory is very valuable because I only have 8gb and if I'm honest I think I should have bought at least 16gb. Can you help me by answering with an easy answer baring in mind I'm only 15 and you'll probably confuse me?
- Why does my 100 photos take up 6gb on my iphone I have only 100 pictures on my iphone and it takes up 6 gb in memory. Meanwhile I have 800 songs and that only takes up 2gb?
- Tipard iphone transfer. I moved files all failed none in my phone but the space is only 50mb left? It worked nice before but now not. itunes always delete my files so don't want to use that. How do people put files into their iphones? Do they all just pay and download because it's way too difficult and stressfull?
