Postage costs for the product from the factory of production work is not easy

They must have meant 80… But if you think it a scam watch out for the red flags
like when the buyer offers to pay for it outside of ebay…
if no redflag then sell it…

The reason is so that you will sell it to them… And the payment will be fraudulent 99.9% of the time. You will be out the phone and the money. A new account created that day makes it even more of a risk.

Decline the offer.
