I think someone may be spying on my iphone 4G?

My boyfriend help me buy and set up my iphone. He also set up my itunes with passwords and password safety questions (to reset password). I have the password to itunes, but when I try to reset it, it prompts me with security questions - which I did not set up - and he says he doesn't remember. So I can't reset my itunes password.

As my phone is concerned, it turns on and off by itself. Also, my Boyfriend seems to know information that was only text messaged to my family of my friends… Things that he would have no way of knowing otherwise. He does not live with me, so he has no access to my phone.

I know I can reset my phone. But will that really work? And really clear it from any spy? And what about my itunes account? Since he has all the passwords, won't he have access to my phone still once I reset it?

Alright, unless you guys are on the same Wi-Fi network and you're not jailbroken, I can rule out SSH connections.So, I'm assuming there must be some app sending information, as it's near impossible for him to intercept packets of data sent over your broadband radio.

So, I recommend you look at all of the apps installed on your phone. Do you see any that shouldn't be there? Any you don't know what they do? Look them up and see what they do.

Lastly, I recommend you turning off your 2G/3G/4G or Wi-Fi for a while, as when you've no connection, he can't retrieve any information. Try turning on Airplane mode as well. I recommend you deauthorize your iPhone from your Apple account and create a new one.

Lastly, check if there's an app called "Cydia" installed, that'll tell if you're jailbroken or not and is working outside of the normal limitations.

Change the password to the actual email associated with the Apple account. Then change the password to the Apple ID. Once that has been done and you can log into the account without issue call up Apple and they will ask you some stuff to reset the security questions.

Something to know about security questions, if you did not set them up and it's an older account the apple system creates them for you.
