I want to download a iPhone app though PayPal but it is saying it their is not enough funds in your PayPal account'. How do I fix this?

Do you remember how you got money into your PayPal account originally? Do that again.

Why does my iPhone 4S keep saying there's not enough storage? My 16gb iPhone 4S keeps popping up with a little box saying there's not enough storage every time I try to take a picture. I'm travelling atm so not being able to take pictures is pretty annoying. I have previously deleted loads and loads of things to make room for all my travelling pictures and I just don't understand. I've tried resetting it, is there anything else?
PayPal Help? Automatically Withdraws My funds? Okay, I send an Invoice to a customer, then they pay, I then go on my iPhone PayPal app, and it says that the money was added then is pending withdrawl.

Multiple smaller checks to avoid the $1000+ funds availability hold at USAA? I have USAA and I plan on using the Deposit@Mobile method of depositing with the USAA iPhone app. I want to deposit $1200 on Monday but I need the funds a few hours after I create and scan the checks in. I plan on using two $600 checks to bypass the $1000 funds availability hold regulation (that is federally enforced, to my understanding). Any potential blow back?
