I want to limit the time my son can use the internet on his iphone?

Hi. I have a fifteen year old son who's exams are coming up but he stays up all night using Wi-Fi on his iphone to browse the internet and use facebook and then in the day he wakes up around noon, wasting alot of the precious daylight hours sleeping. I'm the one with administrative access to the Wi-Fi router (D-link dir-615) so I wanted to know if there's any way I can set timings for his iphone that from midnight to noon his phone is not supplied with Wi-Fi access and this happen everyday on its on. I also want to ensure that doing this would not upset the other people in the house Wi-Fi routine and they have uniterrupted access to the Wi-Fi.thanks. Please give me detailed procedure in easy steps.

You can change the password for your Wi-Fi access and not provide him with the new password. Then you can manually enter it each day for him when he is allowed to utilize the service.

I think the simplest manner, though, would be to take his phone for the night. When it is time for studying and/or bed, take the phone and do not give it back until the next day when he has time to use it.

Any suggestions?
  • My son broke his AT&T iPhone? My son is 12 and he dropped his AT&T iPhone 5 while he was playing basketball with friends today, and now the screen's cracked. The phone is over a year old so what's the cheapest way to get it repaired or replaced, with out DIY?
  • My 16 year old son won't give us his iPhone password, what can we do about it? I want to know what he texts to his friends, sort of spy on his thoughts kind of thing. The thing is he bought the phone with money from his job and he pays the bill, it's prepaid. He refuses to hand over his phone or the password. He says if we try to take it away he will defend his property using force. What can I do? I really need to know what's in that phone!
  • Is there any way I can use my deceased father's iphone X even though I don't know his password or his e-mail password? My dad passed away recently. He had a fairly new iPhone X. I'd like to use it as my own phone but I don't know the passcode. I watched a video on how to restore the phone but I still can't use it because the phone is connected to an itunes account… And since i don't know his e-mail password, i can't reset it. I went to AT&T (where we were on a family plan) but they said they can't help me. Is his nearly new phone destined to be a paper weight?
