I would like to ask how do I scan my art

So basically I have been doing a lot of drawings lately and every time I took pictures of them through my iPhone camera the quality looked bad. I noticed a few Instagram artists had good quality on their drawings so I asked one of them that seemed approachable " what do you use? ". They told me a "high resolution scan". So I assumed a high resolution scanner? I have no experience with that kind of stuff and don't know how it is that you do it So how do you scan your art? What is required? A scanner? Computer involved? I looked up some YouTube videos and they weren't very helpful because all the people did was get right into the computer to edit some stuff.

Yes. You need a scanner and computer. You connect both of those together and scan.

You use a scanner attached to your computer.

It's this: https://www.thesource.ca/en-ca/office-equipment-and-supplies/office-printers-and-scanners/epson-perfection-v600-photo-scanner/p/108010064

Get a good quality flatbed scanner. There's plenty available online.

Flatbed scanners are relatively cheap and some of them even come with a basic image editing program. They connect to your computer usually through a USB cable. You can also get an all-in-one printer that includes a scanner. For scanning artwork I prefer using a separate flatbed scanner.
