If i bought an iPhone from another country would it work here in the UK?
I've been looking on ebay for a while now for an iPhone 4s/4 and a lot of them are more affordable for me. I can't get a contract so if i bought an iPhone from ANY other country would it work here or not?

It should because most iphones work in any country but it depends what company/plan you have.
Don't buy an iPhone, get a decent phone like HTC One X or Samsung Galaxy S3. Whatever you buy, get it unlocked and if you use a UK simcard it should work.
If you change the sim card to a UK carrier and buy the correct power plug for your electrical current it should work fine.
I guess you have not heard of the Samsung GALAXY SII (I9100), OR Samsung GALAXY SIII (I9300)
In order to get this phone you have to buy it pre owned, WOW!
No phone have won more awards in 2011 than the SGS II including the IP4S
SGS 2 is far better than any iPhone and will be a lot less expensive than any iPhone

There are some that believe the iPhone4S is better than the SGS 3, I kid you not, overspending does NOT make it better

- Will my Iphone 5 work in another country? I'm planning on going to America and need to use my phone. I won't be needing it to call people, just to browse the web and to listen to music. My phone IS unlocked. Will I need to change the sim or get a sim from America? I'm from Australia btw.
