If I break my iPhone 5 will I get a 5s?
I have an iPhone 5 with the ATT Mobile Protection Plan. What would happen if I needed to replace it? I've read other Answers and they all say that I would get a refurbished iPhone 5 from the Apple Store, but this is different. I don't think ATT willy carry refurbished iPhones. What would I get for a phone?
Intentional breaking is against the law and sorry to say it, s a kind of fraud! Dear me don, t listen to the rumers, read and act upon your contract! Also refurbished doesn, t mean old! Some phone have just minor flaws and are taken back to factory to fix them! You for sure get the right phone that is your legal right! Good hope.

If someone's kid breaks a 42" tv and there's no house insurance and you're moving, is it illegal to get house insurance then claim on that or say the movers broke your tv? And how can I report someone I don't like who is going to do that next week and I have proof it's broke and the child is 2 and has told me how she broke it. I really really hate this guy and he stole 2 of my iPhone 4's, I really want some payback!
