If I go past my 3gb data limit on my iPhone will I be charged extra immediately or?

Do I have to go exactly one 1gb over to be charged? Let's say I just go a little bit past 3gb is that alone enough to have to pay an additional fee with AT&T?

Yes, I believe its 10$ if you go over the limit, you can check their website for their rates

It's a reasonable $10 a gig on AT&T. But yes, 3.0000000001 would get you charged that $10, but if it were something like single digit megabytes you could probably call and say "Verizon excuses things like this" and get let off easy

Most of the time it's 10 per extra gb… I like my service if i go over, it slows down for the rest of the month

  • Will I be charged extra if I use personal hotspot on my iphone 4s? (T-mobile)? I have unlimited data. I've looked online, but can't find a definite answer. If I will be charged extra, will I be charged a certain amount per day/week?
  • Will I be charged extra for using 3G? I don't have a data plan. On my iPhone, i've turned off the cellular data in the settings. But 3G was on and I didn't know. I did use internet these past few days in places with low Wi-Fi reception. I'm not sure if I ended up using the 3G or Wi-Fi. Is it even possible to use 3G if cellular data is turned off? Suppose I did use 3G, will my phone company charge me extra, even though cellular data was off? I'm really confused about this.
  • What's the data limit for Straight Talk's Unlimited plan? I'm probably going to buy the unlocked GSM iPhone 5 and then use it on Straight Talk. However, has Straight Talk said how much data you can use before your data speeds start getting throttled? Also, will the data that I use while I'm on Wi-Fi count against that data limit?
  • What happens if I go over my T-Mobile data limit? I have an iPhone 4 on an internet data plan of 750mb per month. I was wondering If I go over my limits what are the charges? Thanks. So there's NO CHARGES? You just get limited to browsing only, I definitely don't have to worry about being charged?
