If I have AT&T, can I use a Verizon iPhone?
I have AT&T and I'm buying an iPhone 4. The phone I'm buying online is a Verizon brand. Can I put my SIM card in and still use it even though I have AT&T?
Verizon phones don't have the interchangeable sims card like att does
No.
You don't have a 'sim' card like older phones used to have. Back then you could slap your SIM in any phone and be up and running.
Your memory card doesn't hold any phone settings - just pics, data, etc. - you will have to take the phone to your service provider - and unless it is one of their phones, they won't activate it.
No. The companies are completely different.
- If I unlock my Verizon Iphone 4, will I still be able to have Verizon service? I want to use my iphone with a different company, but I don't want to have a lapse in cellphone service.
- If i do not have insurance on my verizon iPhone 5s but warranty with apple will verizon replace it? I do not have insurance with Verizon; however, I have warranty with apple until next year. Apple will replace my phone but will Verizon replace my iPhone since i have warranty with apple? (i bought it from Verizon) I'm just wondering because it is easier for me to go to Verizon rather than Apple.
- I have sprint, Can I use At&T Iphone 4S? I lost my phone and only have this one? I want to know if Sprint will let me use a At&t Iphone 4S? I know T-mobile and other companies let you use other companies phones. Would I have to pay extra?
- I have an unlocked AT&T iPhone 5, can I use it on the verizon network? Verizon iPhone 5's do have SIM cards, but I saw where the networks are different something about a gsm and a CDMA network. I want to be able to use it on verizon
