If I jailbreak my iPhone 4, will I still be able to use iMessage?
Added (1). My girlfriend lives in Canada and iMessage is the only way we have of communicating besides Skype. I don't have to pay to use iMessage. I don't wanna lose that if I jailbreak my iPhone 4.
Yes. JB'ing will not affect that at all.
- Would I be able to use a full version of Android Wear for a smartwatch if I jailbreak my iPhone? Currently, there are many smartwatch options, but outside a couple options, including the Apple Watch, they can work with iOS, but it's severely limited. I want a smartwatch, without any limitations that I d get using iOS. If I jailbreak the phone, would I have the same problems?
- Will i still be able to use my iphone in another country without jailbreaking? I bought my iphone4 in japan since i was living there for sometime. But I've moved to a different country now. And I want to use the network provided.i'm still using ios4 and i feel like my iphone has been a lot more slower than it used to. Some tell me that in order to use it in a different country i need to jailbreak it but i want to update it to ios5. Will i still be able to use it if I update it to ios5?
- Will I still be able to use my iphone 5? I bought an iPhone 5 2 days ago. The phone was brand new and never been used. It's on a contract and instead of paying the contract (which isn't my contract its the guy who sold me it) i want to put my own nano sim in it. Will I be able to do this? It is on O2 network and I'm on tmobile so if I get it unlocked will i be able to put my own sim in it without O2 blocking the phone?
- Will an iPhone with NO CARRIER still be able to use iMessage? I had an iPhone 4S, but canceled the plan on it completely. I was with Bell. When I got my iPhone 6S I switched to Koodo, and therefore have a new phone #. For some reason I assumed my old phone would still work for iMessage, and am only now wondering if it won't. Where the carrier is usually displayed, my 4S says "No Service" but is connected to Wi-Fi. Can an iPhone with no carrier still send and receive iMessages from the old phone number?
