If I restore my iPhone, will I lose everything?
I haven't synced it with iTunes because I only use the wall charger.

Yes. The only way to perform a restore is to remove everything from the device and then it resets to factory settings. All contacts, messages, accounts, apps, etc. Will be gone unless you back up the device.
The best way to do this, is to do an iphone Icloud backup.
It is very simple, just go into settings, scroll down and there should be an Icloud tab.
Go to the bottom of the menu, and it should say back up in iCloud. Restore your phone, and add everything back from iCloud.
