If I Skype internationally will it cost on mobile?
I have an iPhone and I'm from the US. I want to Skype a friend in Germany who also has an iPhone, but will it cost money since it uses my phone number to call? Or is it free with Wi-Fi?

Very definitely free with Wi-Fi. I use it between the UK and around the world often
To use skypes calling feature you need to pay for minutes but for a regular video chat it's free. I use it a lot since I'm living in Italy right now and I'm constantly talking to friends and family back in America. I have no problems with it as long as my internet connection is good!
- Will Skype cost if i do this? I already looked into it but i just want some reassurance. All i'm going to do is use video with one person at a time, i'm not going to be calling any phones, just video chats with one person, but one of the persons is from a different country then me, so will it cost to video chat with them? I'm not going to be using a laptop either, i have an iPhone so i'm going to make an account through the app and just video chat using the app, so no costs right?
- Will iMessage cost me when I'm traveling internationally but on Wi-Fi? I have an iPhone 4 and I'm in Canada however my standard plan just includes the states. I'm currently connected to my aunts Wi-Fi and I wasn't sure if by using iMessage I would have to pay international roaming rates or if it would be free still since I'm on Wi-Fi?

Okay my boyfriend is going away and he has unlimited Internet on his phone, I know some of them are like up to this much but his really is unlimited and basically I don't know wether he will have access to Wi-Fi where he is going but can you use Skype using just the Internet, it's an iPhone so is it possible to use FaceTime as well?
- How much would it cost to ship an iphone internationally? The iphone weighs about 4.8oz or 137 grams, I've used the rate calculators on Fedex, USPS, and UPS. The rates that Fedex and UPS gave back were ridiculous, am I entering in the information correctly? Oh, and I'm shipping it to Navarra, Spain. From Mesa, AZ. Would like some professional advice.
