If I sold an item on ebay and th buyer doesn't pick it up, what happens?
Technically I sold an iPhone. If they return it to me because it wasn't signed off(which I paid for it to be done so) am I going to have to issue a refund or resend it if they buyer contacts me? I don't know. I tracked the package myself and it arrived yesterday. How many days does the post office leave notes(USPS) before giving up?
i HAVE 100% on my eBay feedback. I want my customers to be happy over everything else.
If they do return it, am I allowed to relist it? How much time do I have to wait?
I have same problem, nobody at home to received the package so USPS sent back to the seller. Later I contact the seller and He sent me again the package but I was charged for extra shipping service. Wait until buyer contact you but if you have his telephone, call him. USPS tried 1 time leaving me a note to pick up the package at the office but was to late, I think took 3 working days to return package to the seller. You need to wait at least 1 week until relist the product. Then if buyer not contacted you, you need to refund money to have happy costumers.

OK so I sold an iPhone on eBay for 175 I shipped it 2 days after receiving payment 2 weeks later the buyer tells me he hasent received it and he is asking me what can I do so what should I do I don't want to give him a refund cuase then he gets 175 and all I get is a missing iPhone so what should I do?
- Sold iPhone on ebay now buyer wants me to unlock it? I recently sold my old iPhone 4s on ebay. The buyer contacted me a few days ago asking if I could go to att.com/deviceunlock and unlock it. It's free to me and he said he would gift me $20 on paypal if I do it. Is this legit or is this guy trying to pull something on me? It has a clean imei so it wouldn't be an issue, I just don't know if this is something that is going to get me into trouble
- SHOULD I SHIP MY ITEM TO THIS SUSPICIUS BUYER ON EBAY? Today I sold and Iphone 4s on Ebay and everything was working out just fine, the buyer payed like usual. Then, the buyer messaged me and said "I accidentally put the wrong address. Can I change the address?" I replyed and told him/her "NO". I then went to paypal to see if it my funds were pending and they was. I also looked at the buyers buying history and he didn't have any. He joined August 14, 2014. Do you guys think I should ship the item or contact ebay?
