If I sold my iPhone 5S bypass warranty?

I bought the iPhone 5S in October Silver 16GB on T-Mobile and I want to sell it on eBay for a Gold 32GB. Will this bypass my warranty or anything? Like I can still get a replacement if needed? If everything is clean and that gold is clean?

You'd have to check the warranty terms and conditions, but I'd guess that the warranty does NOT pass on to a second owner, so your silver 16GB phone would no longer be covered, nor would your new gold 32GB phone. I could be wrong, but I'm quite sure I'm not.

I think this is the relevant part:

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
Apple Inc. Of One Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California, USA 95014 ("Apple") warrants the Apple-branded iPhone, iPad or iPod hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging ("Apple Product") against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").

Assuming you bought your silver iPhone 5S new, you're the "end-user purchaser." The person you're selling your phone to is not. At least that's my interpretation.
