If i'm on probation and i just got a dui what's going to happen?

I'm on probation for 6 months for finding an iphone and selling it i've been on probation now for like 3 weeks and yesterday i got a dui. I wasn't drunk i was actually pretty sober but i had alcohol in my system… I'm also a minor and i know i shouldnt have been drinking while on probation but can someone tell me what is going to happen

They will probably revoke your probation. In your paperwork are the exact terms that you agreed to, but generally there will be something about obeying all laws. You failed to comply with the terms, and so your probation officer is likely to determine you are no longer a good risk for probation. He or she will file a VoP (violation of probation) and you will have to go to court to defend yourself.

At a minimum plan on your probation being extended, and probably mandatory drug/alcohol tests if you aren't already required to do so. Most likely though, you will have to spend at least 30 days in a juvenile facility.

That depends on a bunch of things, including how old you are and where all this happened. But likely you will spend some time in jail. And probably you will have no license until after you are 21, and when you can get a license, insurance will cost you about as much as you can make.
