If your camera on iPhone is scratched do you get a new one?
Ok so the camera on my iphone is scratched and it shows up every time i take a picture. Will apple give me a new one?
Yeah, take it to the Apple store and they could check it out. It might take a couple of days for you to get it back
Depends on your warranty, whether you bought it from the Apple Store, etc etc
- When Apple replaces your iphone, is the new one really a used one? I recently got my iphone 5 replaced, and when the guy was getting the new one he just took one out of a plain white box. I'm just wonderingly if that iphone was used before and went through a whole process to be fixed and restored to looking brand new.
- My iPhone Charger is scratched up, would you still use it? My clumsy dad always vacuums things up he shouldn't. I came back from doing errands and found my charger with black smudges and scratches. Little pieces of the USB adapter was chipped but nothing huge. I plugged in my phone to see if it still charged well and it did. I don't know if something might have messed up inside the charger an maybe mess up my battery but it charges fine. What's your guy's opinion, would you continue to use it?
