I'm switching from an android to an Iphone?

I have att as my provider… Do i need to buy a whole new nano card or can i use the old one that i have, and if so how?

Nexus One > a piece of dog *** > iphone

What nano card. The iPhone does not have user changeable cards.

It depends on which iPhone you are going for.

The 1st 3 (2G, 3G, 3GS) used the standard miniSIM
The next 2 (4, 4S) used the microSIM
The current (5) uses the nanoSIM

In any case you could cut your SIM down to size. Look up guides to doing that online.

When you purchase your iPhone they will transfer your account directly to the SIM card provided with the new iPhone. No cutting for you so don't worry.

And to Matt, I think you're confusing SIM card with sd card.iPhones (gsm versions) use SIM card (for service) but do not use sd cards (for memory). It's all internal memory and you are unable to add more memory because of that.

  • Would switching my iPhone 5 for a iPhone 4S be stupid? I think the iPhone is great but I like iPhone 4S design better and aren't they pretty much the same just with a few more features? Would it be a dumb move?
  • When Android user sends text to a mixed group of iPhone and Android users? A family member who is an Android user sent a text message to a large group of recipients, including me. The group has both Android users and iPhone users. I'm an iPhone user. Does this mean that I will receive everyone else s messages like an iMessage group, or will all messages go directly between the conversation starter and whoever is messaging him, without any of the other group members seeing what the other members said?
  • Whatsapp: Switching from iPhone to Android. Do I lose service? I've purchased Whatsapp on iPhone. I've got a lifetime service now. If I switch to Android, will I have to purchase Whatsapp again from the Google Play store? Thanks Going from iPhone 4s to galaxy note 3
  • Switching Sim cards from Iphone 5 to Android phone? Probably a simple question, but I would like some input. I was wondering if I can take the Sim card from my iPhone 5 and use it on an Android or windows phone like the Galaxy 3 or Nokia Lumina? Is this possible and if it is how? Also I have Verizon and if I can switch to another device I will get a Verizon Phone. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank you. I was wondering if a sim adapter would work?
