Import photos to iPhoto from 'Photo Library'?
I recently linked my iMac to my iPhone. I imported the photos, but it only transferred pictures from camera roll on my iPhone and not photo library?
How do I import the photos I have in my photo library?
Not sure about this method, but it's worth a try.
Open iPhoto, click iPhoto on top of the screen, click preference, click general, where it reads "connecting camera opens" click the drop down box and choose iPhoto.
Connect the iPhone again and the iPhoto app should prompt you to import the images, I guess.
I haven't got that problem yet, but looking for an answer I came up with that.
- Undo import from iPhoto to iPhone? So I accidentally synced my iPhoto library into my iPhone photo library and I tried deleting the album or the pictures; however, I was unable to do so. Is there any way to get rid of the albums on my iPhone, yet still keep them on my Mac/iPhoto library? Thank you! No, my iCloud is unchecked so that can't be it. The only time that this has happened is recently (a few minutes ago) and it was when I pressed the sync button.
- Seagate External Drive wiping my iPhoto Library As I was importing my iPhone photo library onto my iPhoto file which is saved on my Seagate 3TB External Drive, something went wrong. The cord was barely unplugged after the transfer was successful. The library then began to show weird stuff as it eventually said try to "restore library". I waited as it restored, as after nothing came up. I have lost everything on my iPhoto which sucks. I tried the "option command" and all of that, is my stuff good for gone?
- Photo library is taking up 4.9 gb of space but I only have 300 photos? I have an iPhone 6 plus and it says that my i don't have much space left on my phone. How do I clear all the space? IIm using iOS 8.3
- Itunes won't import library? Just got a macbook pro, and I'm setting up iTunes but it will not sync my music… So i went onto File>Devices>Sync from iPhone so that it would import the stuff from my iPhone onto the mac. The problem is that i don't have all the stuff on my iPhone that i would like on my mac, for example, my movies since it would take up too much space on my iPhone. How can i retrieve all the movies i've bought onto my iTunes?
