Information about iPhone 3gs with t-mobile
Okay I currently have an iPhone 3gs but the ios is still 3.1 and I want to update it to the latest version 6.1 but I'm not sure if it will work with t-mobile because I heard that it will make it locked or something. I can't download any apps that have an ios of 3.2 or higher. I really want to update it but I'm afraid to mess it up or unlock it. Can I update the ios using a t-mobile sim or will it mess up? I really need further information please and thank you so much.
Click on settings. General. The software update. It will tell you what updates are available. It should work with t mobile. They have no reason to lock it.
- Would my information on my iphone 4s be transferred to my iphone 5 if I do this? My iphone 4s cracked, its still working but I'm getting an iphone 5 soon. My iphone 4s is jailbroken. If I back up my iPhone 4s on my computer, will it be saved as jailbroken or not? And can I restore my iphone 5 with the back up (iphone 4s info)? Even if I get the iphone 5s, would all the info transfer?
- WindGuru app on iphone doesn't show information? I have an iphone 4s and downloaded windguru, when i went onto the application, i found my local windsurfing spot but it did not show the weather/wind/information etc… It just shows up white, then i tried more spots and they also didn't work, my dad also has a iphone 4s and he downloaded it AND it worked on his phone?
- Will T-Mobile (store) transfer my information into an iPhone 4? I have a Galaxy Exhibit II and I want to buy a T-Mobile iPhone 4 from some one. If I buy it, will I be able to take it to T-Mobile and have them transfer contacts and make it my phone? Will they charge?
- T-mobile doesn't get my information in their system? So i ordered an iphone 5s by the internet and after i put all my information they sent to me to a link that said that i needed to call to complete my order. They gave me an order number and i called. After i gave them my order number they said they couldnt find the information in their system and that i had to wait 2 hours. However i already waited 4 hours and they still don't get my information in their system. What do i do?
