IOS 7 Beta 1 brick. How do I restore it?
Please don't get mad at me for installing the iOS 7 beta without a dev account.
Hi, I installed iOS 7 Beta 1 on my iPhone and was going to restore it to iOS 6.1.4 before it expired.
But I forgot about the expiration date when I was on vacation in Poland, my phone was home at the 24th of july with Wi-Fi turned on and when I got back from Poland, the iOS was updated to the Beta 2.
If you know an answer to this then I really don't have to explain anymore, but I'll just mention: I have both Windows and OS X if it only works on one, I use an iPhone 5, the celluar and Wi-Fi is off so it won't connect to the internet and check for validation or something, I won't register UDID or sign up to be a dev.
I know about this stuff, I'm not some kid who installs iOS 7 Beta without knowing what a beta is. I just forgot the expiration date and it was one of the days I was on vacation.
You need to register your device's UDID with a developer account as soon as possible, through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, but it's the only way. Then you'll be able to get your device working.
I would downgrade it to iOS 6 then put it back to iOS 7.
Like Gerald said you are pretty behind on beta versions.
- Will updating (to 6.1.4) a jailbroken iPhone 5 on 6.1.2 brick it? So I'm updating to the beta version of ios 7, but first I need to uninstall my Evasi0n jailbreak and update to 6.1.4. Will just pressing the update button in iTunes brick my iPhone, or will I just loose the jailbreak? If this will brick it, what is the best way to go about restoring my iPhone?
- Will Apple brick non developers running iOS 7 beta? I just downloaded the I0s7 to my iphone 4S… I didn't pay and people are saying my phone will brick if i keep it! But some people are saying no it won't! Does anyone know!

- My IOS 7 Beta 3 will not update to newly release Beta 4 I have IOS 7 Beta 3 on my iPhone 4, in my settings it says i have a software update. When i go to to update it, i says i'm up to date on my software. I have 2.6 GB available, i've tried updating with/without Wi-Fi.
