IOS 7 won't show up on iPhone 4?

I updated my iPhone 5 today after school. Everything went smoothly. Then when my mom got home from work she wanted me to update her phone too. It's an iPhone 4. The update was available so I clicked download and install. Everything was working, and when it shut off to restart after installing, nothing changed. It's still at iOS 6.So I tried it again, both times very time consuming, it said it finished installing and restarted- still nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do to get it to update? She has enough space on her phone as well.

I'm not sure but I wouldn't get it. I got it and it's really bad

I have iPhone 4S and when I go to software update it say I'm up to date but I know for a fact that its not ios 7 And my friend has same phone and already has the update. What can I do I don't have a computer with iTunes Should I just wait? I have already tried turning it off and on but nothing And btw my phone ain't jail broken And I live in america
  • Why won't facebook show the EDITED version of photos from my iphone? I upload all of my photos from my iPhone to Facebook. I always edit my photos (crop, lighting and red-eye) using the regular iPhone photo editor that comes standard in the photo application. When I upload the edited photos to Facebook, the originals ALWAYS show up. It is infuriating and I want to know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried everything but can't seem to fix the glitch.
  • New ios update won't show up in my settings? Ok so i heard about ios 7 and i want it so bad but whenever i go under general and then software update it doesn't show up? I currently have ios6 and i have an iphone 4s!
  • My iPhone won't show photos? I was taking some photos from my iphone camera and once I went to photos, they weren't there. Everything I took before was there, though. I took about 20 new pics, and in the camera roll it says (1420) but once I press it and all the photos are shown, it says 1400 and the recents are not there. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? How to fix it besides resseting the iPhone? (I don't have access to the computer with all my iTunes info.)
