IPhone 1st Gen. Stuck on Apple logo?

I was using my iPhone 1st Gen. And it went dead. I plugged it up to charge and waited it to boot up. Finally the Apple logo came on but I was waiting a long time for the lockscreen to show. And now it's stuck. I don't have Internet at home so I can't connect to iTunes. And it takes 2-3 hours to reset on iTunes when i get a chance but I don't have time for that.

Sorry but you're only solution is to plug it in to iTunes. If there's no possible way to do that go to an Apple store but they are just gonna do it for you, so you might as well do it yourself without the hassle of going anywhere

I'm not sure if it's the same with 1st gen but hold down the power and the home button for about 10 seconds to restart it. It worked with mine but i've got a 4th gen.might work…

  • Would Apple Iphone 5 cases fit on the Apple IPod touch 5th gen? I was just wondering, because I really like the cases for iphone instead of the ipod, and I have a IPhone 5 and a bunch of cases so it would be easier, if it is.
  • Straignt Talk with iphone 1st Gen? If I get an iphone 1st gen would I be able to use it with Straight Talk services? I've seen it said that it can be used with newer iphones, but would it still work with the 1st gen? I know I would have to get a SIM card from Straight Talk for it to work, just would like to know if it would work with the 1st gen iphone.
  • Is it still possible to buy an iphone original (1st gen) with a plan? You would have to buy the phone on ebay i guess, right? Then go to Verizon/ AT&T to get it started-Very new to phones as you can see… Oh and the reason why I want the original iphone is because I like old tech.
  • Iphone 4s is stuck on the apple logo. What do I do? I did not have my phone jail broken or anything like that. My phone was just working and I decided to turn it off and as I was trying to turn it back on it is now stuck on the apple logo. It then toggles back and forth between the apple logo and the spinning wheel. I really want to be able to fix this myself before I contact apple.
