Is it still possible to buy an iphone original (1st gen) with a plan?

You would have to buy the phone on ebay i guess, right? Then go to Verizon/ AT&T to get it started-Very new to phones as you can see… Oh and the reason why I want the original iphone is because I like old tech.

Then you need to hunt on eBay dude, the original iPhone was discontinued July 2008, the 3g and 3gs where discontinues in June 2010 and Sept 2012. The iPhone 4 was discontinued in September of this year, so you might locate one of those if your lucky.

You can get an old flip hone on eBay instead if you love old tech, bask in the 2g airwaves.

  • Straignt Talk with iphone 1st Gen? If I get an iphone 1st gen would I be able to use it with Straight Talk services? I've seen it said that it can be used with newer iphones, but would it still work with the 1st gen? I know I would have to get a SIM card from Straight Talk for it to work, just would like to know if it would work with the 1st gen iphone.
  • Should I buy an ipod touch 5th gen.or buy an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod? I was wondering what would be better to have an ipod or to have an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod, but is it worth spending more money for the iphone 5 to use as an ipod. I currently have an ipod touch 4g, o and by the way i would like either the ipod 5g in 64gb or the iphone 5 in 64gb.
  • Is it possible to buy an iphone and NOT have to buy the plan? Is this possible and how? I'm trying to convince my parents to buy me an iPhone, but which one do I buy and can it be used without the plan for $40 or $30? All my friends keep saying different things and iim afraid the store will just sell me the expensive one.
  • IPhone 1st Gen. Stuck on Apple logo? I was using my iPhone 1st Gen. And it went dead. I plugged it up to charge and waited it to boot up. Finally the Apple logo came on but I was waiting a long time for the lockscreen to show. And now it's stuck. I don't have Internet at home so I can't connect to iTunes. And it takes 2-3 hours to reset on iTunes when i get a chance but I don't have time for that.
