IPhone 1st generation stuck on apple screen after powered on?
The I phone doesn't go past the apple logo screen after it is turned on. What does that mean and how can you fix it? Is it expensive?
Hold the power & home button for a couple seconds and it should turn off and restart, if not just restore it on itunes.
Try one of a few things
1) turn off and back on by the manual restart by holding ten lock button till screen goes black ( about 20-30 seconds ) an turning it back on
2) plugins it into charger because it might have batter 2 low to start phone up
3) resync phone to computer like how you would with a normal iPod
- Why did my text messages disappear after I turned my iphone back on after it it had been powered down for the night? Okay, so I'm new to iphone this is my first one and it's the iphone6. Last night I powered it down for the night, and when I woke up a d turned it back on and unlocked the lock screen and went to my home screen it said I had two text messages and before I could click on it they disappeared. So where did they go and is there any way to find them?
- What has an IPhone 5 got that an IPhone 1st generation or 3gs doesn't? I want an IPhone 5 but it's too expensive, I can get an IPhone 1st generation or 3gs but what's the difference?
- What apps will work on the iPhone 1st generation 3.1.3? I just traded my iPod touch 3rd generation for an iPhone 1st generation. While thinking this was a good deal, I didn't know that I wouldn't be able to get any apps. This iPhone has iOS 3.1.3. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I jailbreak the iPhone, would this work to get all the apps I want?
- Thoughts on buying iPhone 1st generation in 2013? Not to use as a phone! (I have the OG Atrix for that) but as a collectors item/something that could hold alot more value in the future. You can get the original iPhone for 50-80 dollars on ebay in pretty good condition, do you guys think that buying a few of them to hold on to would pay off at all in the future (5-10 years from now) when people will begin to want them as collectors items? Or does it not really matter at all once they've been used does that make them junk?
