Iphone 4 internet (3G) doesn't work?

Ok so my phone is connected to 3G however it won't load the internet! I've tried everything… Rebooting, hard reset, network reset, factory reset, airplane mode, removing the SIM card, clearing the cache. You name it I've tried it! I'm on vodafone uk pay as you go, I topped up with a £10 freedom freebee 5 days ago and my internet doesn't work! I can make calls and send texts and my Wi-Fi is flawless! But my 3G just will not work, connected just not accessible Please Help the internet is a must for me with GCSE especially not having a laptop or computer! Vodafone are useless haven't helped one bit -.- Help!
