Iphone 4 warranty and technical issues?
I dropped my iphone 4 and both front and back are completley shattered. However, my phone is out of warranty. The music on my phone doesn't play out loud, however ringtones and text message tones will work. My front camera also is broken and will not load, freezing and going on to a black screen when I try to do so. Will apple fix my phone screen for free as the camera is broken? Or should i get the cracks fixed and then take it to an apple store and would they fix the technical faults (camera and sound) for free? (Front camera is not cracked) thank you

They are not going to fix it for free because it's broken. If you get somebody else to fix the glass, apple may not fix the phone for you at all because having somebody else (unless they are authorized) go inside the phone makes it so they can't even do paid service on it.
If your phone is super out of warranty anyway and you would have money to replace it if something goes wrong, though, it might be worth it for you to see if somebody else will fix it. But I don't think apple will replace it for you once someone else has been inside it so you would be out of luck with the camera and stuff.
- Technical support - using Iphone/Ipad as a webcam? Is it possible for someone to use a webcam on their computer/laptop and the receiver be able to use their Ipad/Iphone camera? I thought that it may be possible to use a hotmail account as my hotmail account is linked with my Iphone/Ipad.
- Music skipping on iPhone and volume issues? Since the new update my music has been skipping as if it were a scratched cd and the volume is changing on it's own. Is there any fix for this? I've tried resetting my phone but the problem still exists.
- IPhone issues still under warranty, where do I take it? So my iPhone 5s when I shake it is making a noise like a screw is loose in there and it's not the lock button or mute button loose so I would just not care it fix it myself but it's under warranty so I'll use it while I got it. I have this phone through att so do I take it to them or the apple store? And out of curiosity if they replace it do I keep my old one?
- IPhone 5 - Technical difficulty (software update)? I have an iPhone 5 and it was telling me I need a software update, so I began the update last night but my phone has frozen! It's just a plain black screen with the Apple logo in the middle of it, and the loading bar below it. It's been frozen like this for 15 hours. I thought I'd just unplug it and allow it to die, but it's taking so long! I held down on the 'off' button for a whole minute and it wouldn't turn off, and I don't know what else I can do!
