Iphone 4s activation problem?

i have iphone 4s iOS 6.1.3 and it is unlocked. But when i restored it i'm stuck in activation process and iTunes showing me this message
The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported. The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.

please help how to activate now.

Added (1). It is neither jailbroken nor stolen/lost. But still problem

Contact apple, only they know what is up.

If this is factory unlocked by Apple (bought unlocked from Apple ONLY), then call apple to fix this issue

if this is a locked Iphone, and either unloced by device code from wireless carrier or by jailbreak hack, then itunes restorals and activations always removes that unlock… You will need to rejailbreak it and unlock it via hack app… Then activate it with your sim

I jail broke to use the iPhone as an iPod & i can't restore all of my music/apps/photos to it because iTunes still says " there's no sim card in the phone you are attempting to activate" how can i get itunes to recognize the phone as 'activated'? - Thanks in advance
  • Iphone says your iphone can't be activated bc the activation server is temporarily unavailable? I called the carrier i have and they said to reset my phone so i did it still just says this i can't even use my phone what do i do

On my phone i have a bunch of songs and i turned of home sharing with my friend. So i got all of her songs to. i'm ok with that.anyways on my ipad i have all the songs I bought. I want to get all the songs i hve on my phone to my ipad. I don't know how though. I use the same apple id and everything. On my ipad i went to songs not on ipad folder but found nothing?
  • IPhone activation for iPhone 4s? I just received an iPhone 4S from my family and a have an iPhone 4 I want to switch them. How do I go about that I activated it myself but you can't make calls on it. Also my iphone has no SIM card.
