IPhone 4S doesn't charge, not even when connected to a computer?

I've tried all my chargers in all ways, from connecting it to the outlet and to the computer and nothing. Doesn't even connects to iTunes in restore mode. I went to a Sprint store and they used their USB cable and at the first time they connected it didn't do anything, the second time they tried started charging… I have iOS 7, and I was wondering if it is possible that the thing that's happening to the iPhone 5 with its Lightning issue over iOS 7 is happening with older devices? I'm starting to think that because I came home and none of my USB cables works with it… What is super strange is that I have iOS 7 since it came out and nothing happened until yesterday… Any clues how this can be solved? (I'm not buying a new phone)

The bottom part where you are supposed to charge your phone is most likely broken and or got wet somehow. Soak it in rice (if not too late) or send it to Apple for repairs.
