IPhone 4s not reading sim card?
I just got a Straight Talk sim card for my unlocked iPhone.ST is in the process of porting my number, but my iPhone says "no sim" in the top left corner. I just want to know if this is normal for an unactivated sim card or if there's a problem with the sim card itself.
Since the SIM card is unactivated - and i presume it is brand new and hasn't been used in another phone before - the iphone is likely to not recognize it until it is actually activated on the network.
If its not activated and still waiting for port, then it will give a sim error until Straight Talk activates the sim
- Which is worse reading and not replying or not even reading it? On fb or iPhone or whatever which would you consider worse, reading something, and the person seeing you've read it, and not replying or just not reading it at all and I obviously not replying. In both cases not replying at all.
- Changing from normal sim card to iPhone 4 sim card? I'm an AT&T customer with a smart phone. I'm wanting to buy an iPhone 4 but I know they take smaller sim cards than normal phones. If I buy an iPhone from an individual, can I take it to AT&T and have them give me a smaller sim card & transfer my information? Would I have to pay extra for it? Is it even possible?
- Can you use an old sim card in a new iPhone after transferring the info to a new sim card? I'm borrowing an iPhone from a friend, but it requires a sim card. He transferred all his information to a new sim card in a different phone. Can I use the old sim card on a different iPhone?
- Can you switch the iPhone 4 SIM card with an iPhone 4S SIM card? My mom has an iPhone 4S for sprint and I have an iPhone 4 for AT&T. Is it possible to switch SIM cards?
