Iphone 4s receiving delayed text messages?
My friend recently got an iphone 4s on an 02 contract. But ever since they got it we have been having trouble texting eachother, like i will send them a text message and sometimes it they tell me that it doesn't come through for about 20-30 mintues, and sometimes not even at all!
Why is this happening? We use to text fine when they had a blackberry but now the iphone has messed everything up. We're both on 02 and never had this problem before so we're thinking it is the iphone's fault, is there anyway to fix this problem?
Does your friend get good reception on O2? If not then that could be a cause of delays. Otherwise it could possibly be a fault with either yours or your friends device. Have you checked to see if other people can text your friend normally?
- Why is my iPhone 4 receiving text messages late? I have an iPhone 4, I've had it for just a year. The past month or so, sometimes I'll receive a message. However, when I check the time it was received, it was usually 5 or 10 minutes ago, today I just got one from 18 minutes ago and it only just notified me now. The phone is also running the most current software, I always do updates (even though it steals all of my storage, grrr).

I have to do an entire system reboot (home and sleep button at the same time) if I wanna even check to see if I got a message every single time I wanna check.
