I really wish you didn't do that. You most likely bricked it as iOS 7 is in BETA form right now, and is Really buggy. I wish i could help you more but i don't know what your phone looks like now.

If you aren't a developer as it warned and you tried to install the beta anyways, then you are just asking to end up with a phone that no longer works. It will ask you to enter a developer password and if you don't have that then you are hosed. Anyone that simply avoids the warning deserves to have their phone bricked.
Wait for the official version to be released as its only beta now anyways. (I do really like what I see with iOS 7 though! But I also have no interest in a beta version and want the real thing when its released)

I don't agree with all the you are screwed post. I remember when ios 6 came out I did what you did and I thought I was also screwed. I don't remember remember what I did to fix but I did. Question did you back up your phone before you installed 7? If so just restore your phone from back up. If you are unsure hook your phone up to it when the name of your phone pops up on the list right click and restore.

Get the 6.1.4 (the version Apple is still currently signing) for the type of iPhone 5 you have, http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750 (in US ATT is the GSM others are GSM+CDMA)
Or compare to the file name to the IOS7 you used, the first part of the file name is the model iPhone5, 1 or iPhone5, 2

Once you have the 6.1.4 firmware save on your computer in a location you can find it, like the desktop. Open iTunes hold shift/alt key while clicking update and point it to the firmware you saved on the desktop.

While I'd trust an Apple beta over a Microsoft beta any day, all betas have some issues
