Iphone 5 lock screen is frozen, can't unlock phone?
Added (1). My touch screen won't work with the exception of assistive touch. I can't turn my phone on and off because when i hold down the "lock screen" button on assistive touch, i'm unable to slide to power off. I have a password on my phone so i can't use siri to open any apps either. Any suggestions?
Added (2). also the power button is broken
Restart your phone by holding down the power and home button's together until the screen has gone off and the Apple logo appears. No files should be affected.
It is known that apple releases their own malware hidden inside software upgrades in older models when the come out with the new models…
Hold power for 20 seconds. This will shut down phone. Then restart by holding it down again for 3 seconds
- My iPhone apps won't update and now my phone has frozen? I have an iPhone 3gs, and i tried to update all 42 apps that needed updating, it took about an hour but after that it said they had all updated, however all the apps still have the waiting bar across them. I turned my phone on and off an that didn't do anything, i tried to reboot and that didn't do anything. And i also tried to delete some of the apps but that didn't work either. does anyone know what else i can do? Would be a massive help.
- My iphone's phone app is frozen? I have an iphone 4s and since this morning the phone app is frozen. It's not going up or down or letting me call anyone or add a new contact. I have tried restarting but it worked for a few seconds and then went back to being frozen.
- My IPhone 5c is frozen on the lock screen, what do I do? I haven't dropped it at all, and I've restarted it (held down the home and sleep/wake buttons) twice, but it still won't unfreeze. I've also tried charging it but that didn't work. What should I do? (I can't take it to an Apple store as they don't have one where I live)
