My IPhone 5c is frozen on the lock screen, what do I do?
I haven't dropped it at all, and I've restarted it (held down the home and sleep/wake buttons) twice, but it still won't unfreeze. I've also tried charging it but that didn't work. What should I do? (I can't take it to an Apple store as they don't have one where I live)
I can't remember, can you remove the battery in a Iphone 5C? I suggest doing that to force it to turn off and restart.
