Iphone 5 sim card and reseting?
So my iPhone 5 won't power on and it says to connect to itunes on the computer to get it started, people told me it will reset it and i will loose all my contacts and everything, if i take the sim card out and then reset it and put it back in will that help save my stuff?
It will only help save the contacts in your sim which are not the contacts saved in your phone with all details. I suppose you got your phone disabled due too over trial times to unlock with wrong passcode. You can connect it to Itunes that you have connected to before and you won't lose any data or through your I cloud account if It was active. If these are not an option for you then you have no choice but to reset and lose your data for more info on problems and solution check the link
