IPhone 5c restore failure saying unknown error (9)?
So I was on my phone then suddenly the screen went black and after a few attempts I managed to turn it back on again and it came up with the symbol to connect to iTunes, which I did.
When I connected it to iTunes, it comes up with a message saying it had detected an iPhone in recovery mode and it needs to be restored, so I click restore and it works perfectly fine for a minute or two then comes up with an unknown error message?
As far as I know my computer has no virus', the software is up to date and so is iTunes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

- Unknown iPhone passcode set by unknown person? A passcode has been set on my iPhone without me knowing, now it is locked up. It says here to connect it to my computer and back up then restore my iPhone. Will this clear everything off my phone or will it be the same as it was before it got locked? I have only attempted unlocking it about 5 times in fear of disabling it. I do not want to back up then restore it if it will clear everything off and transfer it to the computer. Are there any alternatives to unlocking my iPhone?

I used tiny umbrella and managed to get past the 3194 error, but then I'm getting error 11. - ITunes could not restore iPhone. Unknown Error 21? I've tried everything, and it won't work. It won't restore my iPhone 3. ITunes will not restore it. Error 21. I've uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes. Also, how do I claim ownership of host file or whatever? I tried watching this video but it's such bad quality I couldn't do it. I'm just so frustrated, please help me.
