IPhone 5s formatted recently. I do not think I backed up anything since 2015. What can I do to salvage/restore what I lost?

If you have been negligent in backing up, and then formatted your phone without first checking to see if you had a recent backup anywhere - your computer, the Cloud - then yes, you are screwed. There's no cell phone heaven where special angels protect the clueless.
- Recently lost iPhone and is on silent mode. Will the Find My Phone alert ring or not? I've logged onto iCloud and sent my phone an alert, but my phone is on silent mode. I was wondering if the alert would ring regardless if its on silent mode or not.
- If you erase a backed up iphone, can you restore the data? I have a glitch, and want to erase all data. However, I want to restore the data afterwards; is that at all possible if the iPhone is backed up on a computer?
- I recently lost my iphone and now i can't access my apple account? I recently lost my iphone and now i can't access my apple ID because its asking me to provide the verification code it sent to my phone (which i don't have)
- How to sync music from a Windows-formatted iPhone to a MacBook? I have an iPhone 4S that was synced in music to my Windows laptop, which was stolen 2 months ago. I still have all the music on my iPhone. I just bought a new MacBook Pro and was looking to sync that music, which is not all purchased from the iTunes Store, to my new iTunes library on my mac. I know this is possible, but could anyone tell me how?
