IPhone 5s unlock? Blocked by imei?

Well… Some days before i bought an iPhone 5s almost new… And it worked fine till one or two days ago and now it says it's been locked by imei or something like that for not paying the rent… I bought it in the Street so… I can't get a re-found… My question is if there's any way to unlock it and use it like a cellphone again… I've read in some page online that there's a way to change the imei or something… Please help me!

For iPhone 5s there's no way to change the IMEI, and beside that changing the imei is illegal in most countries. But there's a simpler way to fix your problem, even if the phone is blacklisted/blocked can be unlocked for most carriers, even if the price should be a bit bigger than an unlock for a non blocked imei.
