IPhone 5s water damage what should I do?
Last night I got water on my iPhone it started making a sizzling noise and wouldn't turn on… I left it alone for a few hours and put it in rice still nothing. Should I just buy another phone. I called Apple and they don't replace water damaged phones.

- My iPhone 4 suffered heavy water damage, will it be okay? I went in the pool with it not realizing it was in my pocket. I was in the pool for about 5-10 minutes before I realized it was in my pocket. It was on when I went in the pool but was off when I got out. I now have it sitting in a bowl of rice and I plan on leaving it in there for a week, changing the rice it's in every 24 hours. Does anyone have any insight on this, like if there's any hope of it being okay or is it done for?
- Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
- Iphone submerged in water, logic board has water damage? My phone was under water for 10 sec. Atleast and in my wet pocket for about 2 minutes. Led wouldnt turn off and power / lock button didn't work… Put it in rice and two days later i charge it apple logo pops up then writing pops up above the apple logo. Will the guy taking my phone to clean it out and try to fix it need my passcode? And will my contacts, apps, photos, music, internet history still be on my phone? Like when he fixes it turns and on and stuff?
- IPhone 4s water damage and temperature warning? So my phone is water damaged! Don't ask /: everything is working. The problem is when I'm on the phone it heats up And shows this. Temperature warning some say it's the motherboard or battery? Does anyone else have this problem? Or know how to fix it?
