IPhone been disconnected? Will iMessages still go through while being connected to Wi-Fi? Can't pay til end of my shift?

Assuming the disconnected portion is only the cell service provider and your iphone, and the cell service provider does not somehow control your Wi-Fi access and the iphone is connected to Wi-Fi, yes, iMessages will be sent and received over Wi-Fi.

Yes, iMessages will work over Wi-Fi.

  • Will my Iphone still say 3G if it is disconnected? I have an Iphone 4s and it is updated to IOS 7 and It says I have 3G and I have signal but everytime I send a message it says that the message was not delivered and it won't let me use the internet or anything that requires data such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. I tried resetting my network settings but it didn't work. I can still call and stuff, but I'm not sure what else to try. Thanks in advance for any help. I can also receive text messages.
  • Is it possible to check what iMessages have been sent and received even after being deleted? I cleaned out all the iMessages in my iPhone and I don't back up my messages to anything (such as iCloud). I know it is possible to check text messages through your carrier's server. But is there a simpler way to check your deleted iMessages? I know this is was worded in a confusing way.
  • IPhone 4s disconnected but still can text? I didn't pay my phone bill so my phone was disconnected. I was still able to receive and text other people with iMessage using Wi-Fi but now when i try sending a text it won't say its delivered. Can i use Wi-Fi with iMessage as long as my phones disconnected or only for a certain time?
  • If my iphone 4s has been disconnected? My iphone4s got disconnected on the 18th due to my father deciding to ground me from my phone. I know he had to pay a bill to disconnect it. We have a two year contract on this phone. Can it be reconnected at any time? Or can it only be reconnected at say, the first of the month?
