Iphone doing things without permission?
I left my iphone 5 with ios7 on for the night as usual (screen locked) and when i woke up it had sent about 10 snapchats of a blank screen, and a text was sent to someone saying confirm your mobile number by replying (osn4193oandk) (i don't remember the exact numbers) my default search engine also randomly changed to yahoo while i was using it the next day and the night all that happened, twice a random alarm with a weird tone came from my phone and i didn't know how to turn it off (seemed like it came from stopwatcch) i'm just wondering what has happened, is my phone hacked? I know that i didn't do these things and no one came in my room and did this. Any info would be much appreciated
Create a backup. Restore your iphone completely and then backup from your pc.
If its jailbroken I would never do that. The easy thing to do is just restore back to factory, and you are back to new again.
- Would it be okay to put logos of other companies in without permission in my art? I'm joining this nationwide art competition in my country with the theme of "consumerism." I'm planning on putting an iPhone on my artwork but instead it will say iDiot. Will designing it in a slightly altered way avoid lawsuits? Do you think the competition will reject my entry if they saw a representation of the iPhone? It will not be the main object in my piece, just a little accessory. Like really small.
- Will my iphone info automatically sync without permission? I'm babysitting and I have my iphone plugged into their computer to charge. I just want to make sure all of my pictures won't upload to their computer. The computer is locked but it's still charging. I also put "don't trust" on the prompt that popped up on my phone about sharing with that computer. I just want to make sure lol.
- Someone took a picture of me without permission? I was in a toilet cubicle in school and I was pulling down my skirt when I noticed someone's iphone over the top of the cubicle (the back wall). I don't know if they saw anything but I was so embarrassed and feel sick even thinking about it now. What should I do? My mum says to report it but I'm so embarrassed.
