Iphone email stops working after a short time?

I have tried to set up a co-workers email on his Iphone multiple times. I do it manual step up. It will work just fine for a while then will not work. All password, servers, ports user names are correct. He can receive and send emails. I have set up other iphones using the same technique and they continue to work just fine. Ideas?

You don't say what type of email connection it is. IMAP? POP? Exchange ActiveSync?

  • What do you do if your lock button on the iPhone for stops working? My iPhone 4 lock button stopped working and i don't want to take it to the store. Some people i know said theirs did this and after a while it started to work again. I need help.

Was listening to iheart radio from my ihome when music randomly stopped now nothing has volume, vibrate button is off when I go to which videos the volume bar isn't even there to turn it up or down.   • Unable to copy photos from iPhone to laptop. It says device is unreachable after a short time I have an iPhone SE and I've got Windows 10 on my laptop. Whenever I try to copy photos from my phone to laptop, after a about 5 seconds an error message comes up saying "device is unreachable." I can't figure out whether this is a problem with my data cable or my laptop OR my laptop's USB port. And also I haven't updated my phone to the new version of ios, could that by any chance be a reason for this problem?
  • Photo acquistion stops working while importing photos/videos from iphone? I plug in my Iphone 5s and I choose to import videos/photos from computer on the start menu. I'm using windows 7 and I already have checked for updates in the control panel. Anybody know how to help?
