IPhone gets hot while charging?
Went to grab my iPhone to see if it was through charging and the sides literally singed my fingers. Right nows palm is throbbing because I'm holding it. It should not have to be like this. Should I stop charging it?
I have an iPhone-NO that's not normal! You will always need to charge it at some point so call the place you got it from or take it to a store As soon as possible
It will get warm but not that hot
You should. Then turn it off and let it cool down. Restore it then charge it till 100% then see if it still happens. Call apple if problem continues.

- My iPhone 5 gets very hot in my otterbox defender case? Is it just me or does every-time i put my iPhone 5 into a otter box, it gets really hot. All my other cases don't do this but this one it does. Is it just me?

It won't charge longer than about 40%, but then it looses charge really quickly. It also heats up allot on the back of the phone, and the torch used to be constantly on dimly but that's stopped now.
